A signature is required upon delivery or you can opt for item to be left at your address. Handbags are packed in a poly bag and wrapped in plastic for protection. It also comes with a iLove Mademoiselle white carry bag. Jewelry comes with its own free jewelry box and then bubble wrapped for safe transportation. Exchange and Returns(See Packaging). iLove Mademoiselle will gladly exchange your purchase if the product is faulty, or if the item is damaged in shipping. If either of these incidences occurs the item must be returned within 7 business days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging.
